- Armory
- Bitcoin Core by using the "addwitnessadress" console command. No easy UI implementation yet;
- GreenBits, GreenAddress and Airbitz for android;

Electrum will also have support for Segwit in a near future.

What do you mean when you say not easy UI implementation, what does UI stand for and Do, please if you don't mind

UI = User Interface; It means that there isn't any "Create Segwit address" button or something like that, where a user can create an address without any difficulty. Currently, the only way of creating a Segwit address with Bitcoin Core is by using the "addwitnessadress" command;

You can read more about the command here: https://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/57832/how-to-generate-segwit-address
