I guess you bought or got it via an illegitimate means because without that, I don't see why the owner cannot just grant you access to the icloud. If anyone promises to break it even on the forum, I suggest you insist on escrow because that the only means you can be sure to get your money back in case it didn't go through. One product you don't joke with is Apple iPhone and iCloud account.
