Title: Signatum
Post by: sparker327 on October 04, 2017, 04:20:43 AM
Just a little poll to get the communities thoughts on Signatum. There is so much drama in the sig forum I thought we could settle this once and for all.

Not a scam but it will have a hard time to get traction.  It need a major release at least and get in more exchange.

I have some so I am hoping it takes off but I am not holding my breath.

Remove the to the moon option. It skews results.

I don't think its a scam, just some guys trying to make something cool. "Cool" is open to opinion. Support them or don't. :)
Unfortunately I cant vote because I am not yet a "Junior Member", maybe I will be before the pole closes.  8)

It has a hard working dev and a dedicated community but still, it's not paying off with value.
I think users are looking for uniqueness in new coins which signatum fails to provide.

Lots of red in here and apparently all from the same individual that has multiple accounts to shill signatum.  So at best there appears to be 1 or 2 legitimate posters in this thread.  Tells me all I need to know...

The red is from a fud campaign driven by cryptodevil.

He's made a mockery of bct's trust system. And it seems that everyone knows that by now.

Though it  may have a portion of premine, we can't call a mineable coin pure scam. It all depends on the adoption, usability and inflation control of the coin for the price rise.

For 100M coins in circulation, $0.02 seems like too low.

Yes it's a scam. No original code. BS PoS. PoS works like solo mining, so unless you have a LOT of coins, your chance of finding a block are very small. Staking with <100k Sigt is like trying to solo mine ETH with a single graphics card. Good luck.

Not scam, but just another altcoin with few thing innovative. It's now at 500sat and will stay floated between 500-1000 for a long time until some new feature comes along

Nope I don’t think so. That is why i voted no. Because, as everyone can see, the poject is actually really promising and has really great potential to succeed. Comparing it to some other coins today, there are quite a few that are more deserving to be called a scam.

This has happened a lot already in the past already, where promising coins get called scams by people who don’t actually know much about what they are talking about or are jealous and/or maybe just too afraid to take the risk.
It is normal. But i wont say you should believe me. Do a lil research on your own.

sometimes when today or today things that have never been difficult to understand. But when it is realized we will all believe. To cultivate this trust then this Project must give all the right reasons. The rest of us each can judge.

Everyone does huh?  Apparently not.  So I imagine it's just coincidence that you all show up together to shill at the same time and they aren't all your alt accounts?

As far as the coin is concerned, I am going to consider this a good coin not a scam. Though I do find the somewhat cold reception of the developers to be a bit worrying.

No it is definitelly not a scam. And those FUDers with high Bitcointalk ranks (big shout out to mr. Cryptodevil) should really explain themselfs... It's an ambitious project with a lovely community (just check out the discord - it's like a fam there).

I just do not get the point of throwing the dirt on this coin - it's only about Signatum's rep it's also about the rep of this whole forum - how can we trust the "trusted users" if some of them get paid for FUDing? Really think about it ppl...

I hope that this project will continue to grow regardless of the FUD and I am not saying that only because I invested in it - I say it mainly because of the fact that it really deserves it.

I see addnodes here: https://github.com/username1565/signatum-source
in Readme.md, and I have 22 active connections to the main network.

To confirm transactions in signatum network (SIGT) need to enable staking.
Who have balance and active connections - just add
