If you had any knowledge of how transaction fees worked, then you would not have answered with such an inane reply. Tx fees would have almost nothing to do with the transaction, especially considering transactions range in sizes and hence the sat/byte would be different. One would want to maximize sat/byte for a quicker transaction [to a point] and thus keeping the same static fee would be a bad choice
