Title: Question: When was the last hardfork (BitcoinCash?) Post by: MoonIsBlue on October 04, 2017, 10:53:56 AM Hey, I am wondering if its safe to invest in the altcoin market with the hardfork coming up so I thought I'd take a look in cmc history to see what happened last hardfork with Bitcoincash.

remember than it was a contentious hard fork which nobody even wanted. and it was more of an attack on bitcoin orchestrated by Bitmain. which is why it did not have any significant effects on bitcoin and its price. also remember than you can not really compare bitcoin with altcoins when it comes to forks. bitcoin is a huge and decentralized network which consist of so many users, nodes, businesses and services where altcoins are small and mostly centralized network which people only trade. |
