Problem is Bob's business is unprofitable due to the negative opinion the Bitcoin community has of it. Bob BELIEVE's in his idea so much that Bob is willing to pay a very reasonable fee to have public opinion of his business changed, and the best way to do that is to spread FUD on the forums with a bunch of sockpuppets and LIE about the competition, just like every other Bitcoin business does.
