What's wrong with the UI on mobile? Sure, you would have to zoom in to press some buttons for navigation but for the most part, it's not that bad and it's more or less the same experience as on a desktop. On Chrome mobile app bitcointalk.org works exactly as on computer. I dont think anyone is going to waste his time to make a special app for bitcointalk,I mean for free because the administrator is certainly not going to pay for it( it is not very requested). I said a "special" app because it is super easy to create an app that just redirects you to a browser wich does not help with anything.
