the problem is that i have no clue:
1) what the" hashes" are at the left bottom of the guiminer and why is it 0 to me ?
2) how do i know that i actually solo mine ?
3) is this hashrate i have real (120 mhashes/s ? thats about 120 litecoins per day)
4) how long will it take me to generate a block ?
thank you all guys for your answers

You are using the bitcoin guiminer (SHA256) and not Scrypt-GUIMiner ... so that will never work...

You probably will have 120kH/s for Scrypt mining, which means, you will not find a block in solomining most likely (as you are expected 1 block in several months at current difficulty)

You're using SHA256 algorithm to mine a Scrypt coin, which can't/won't happen. Try adding "--scrypt" in the extra flags field.
Also, go to "View" > "Show Summary" and also "View" > "Show Console", it will show you if there's errors or what's happening.
It WILL put out errors for the default miner, it might not if you switch to the cgminer option (File > New Miner).
Better to get Scrypt-GUIMiner
