I think it is not allowed to share the other forums site here since this is a forum already i think it is not good t share other forums here unless if you pm it
The only the best site for me as  of now as forum is bitcointalk.org but if you are looking for some bitcoin discussion related in bitcoin or cryptocurrency
you can check the reddit here https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/

There's no rules that says sharing forum's link of bitcoin related site here is not allowed. There are too many instances that it happend. To OP bitcoingarden and forum.bitcoin.com I only knew but there are still some but less popuplar, because people on that forum came here since this is most popular bitcoin forum that is made of the inventor of bitcoin, satoshi.

Here are some. I don't think one of these forums can beat bitcointalk though.

https://www.bitcoinforum.com/
https://bitco.in/forum/
https://forum.bitcoin.com/
https://cryptocurrencytalk.com/    -  A forum for cryptocurrencies in general
https://reddit.com/r/Bitcoin    - Not exactly a forum, but has the same concept. My personal preference.

There is no better forum for crypto currencies than Bitcointalk. The Bitcoingarden is a good one but the community is comparably less than here. Bitcointalk is the base for all the new and old coins created by Satoshi himself.

You're right. Don't waste your time with other forums because everything about crypto is already here.

Exactly, this is the best source of information regarding bitcoin because this is the forum that Satoshi himself put up. Maybe the OP want to promote his service or website to other bitcoin related forum that's why he is asking. But other members have mentioned forums that is less known but have some visitors. Mostly the other bitcoin forum that I found is non-English (Russian) so I don't bother to link it here.

Other forums that discuss about bitcoin are reddit and bitcoingarden ,which are the two I know of, but I cannot compare those two with bitcointalk. To the little I have known, here in bitcointalk, this is where ICOs are listed and where campaigns are held. Every other forum is a bye-made from bitcointalk.

There are many other forums to discuss on crypto related topics but I rarely use them. I have account in bitcoin.com forum but most of the time I post in this forum only. Bitcointalk have larger userbase than any other crypto related forums so this forum includes more info than any other forum.

There's already a thread like this that has been existing before I'll redirect you on it https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1787462.0

I seldom use them either most of them got an inactive community and it's hard to depend on those forum while waiting if someone that's knowledgeable to make helpful threads and starts discussing about important facts about bitcoin.

I would have to avoid reddit because it is a proven "filter" of information. They have much censorship there

Personally I google searched the internet I have not come across any forum rich in contents and information as bitcointalk, I have accessed bitcoingarden, bountyportal, icodiscuss e.t.c none of those forum has informative and educative threads for learning and I believed this forum is second to none as regards bitcoin related information.

I don't know why you would want to visit any other forum aside this one we are. I have equally registered on quite a number of others but I must say, this is just the best and every limitations going on is what makes it an interesting one rather than one where everything is so serious with no flexibility at all.

A lot of other forum you will visit is either an offshoot of the members here or majority of the members there from here as well with some even using the same username on both platforms. If you play by the rules established without getting greedy, I don't expect anyone to have issues being on the forum.

There is more than one subreddit devoted to bitcoin and cryptocurrency, and the best thing to do is read them all to get a rounded view:

For bitcoin trading try

https://www.reddit.com/r/BitcoinMarkets/

For Eth trading try

https://www.reddit.com/r/ethtrader/

For bitcoin try

https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/

and

https://www.reddit.com/r/btc/

And for cryptocurrency in general try

https://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoCurrency/

There is no forums which can be compared with bitcointalk by size of community. Biggest alternatives for bitcointalk - it's bitcoingarden.org and forum.bitcoin.com. It's less active than bitcointalk, but their advantages is no signature spam and more genuine discussions.
There are much more bitcoin forums, but they aren't very active and you may feel like a ghost by visiting such forums.
Also, you may found local bitcoin forums in your language. Due to increasing interest in cryptocurrencies mostly countries now have bigger or smaller their local forums.

In Reddit we will find lots of discussions about Bitcoin and digital currencies, but Reddit is a mixture of countless discussions of various aspects and is not a forum specifically addressing digital currencies. but still the information on reddit is quite important, but I think bitcointalk remains the best forum because here we can find all the information about digital currency in the world today.

Uh reddit I guess? You don't walk into McDonalds and ask them for directions to Burger King. You're at the best forum for Bitcoin talk. What do you think you're missing here that you'd get somewhere else? Is 1,000,000 users not enough!?

Almost all forums has a one or two ponzi/scam advertising link/s and there are two types of them [as far as I know]:
1). These are the advertised sites on the forum for the sole purpose of keeping the site up and running. Please note that these are not endorsed which is why there's a high possibility that a ponzi's/scam's/hyips etc. could be there;
2). These are what the members post and are typically prohibited.
As for the facebook groups, well yah theres nothing to argue as most groups are all about scams and other crap.
_______________________________________________________________________________ _____________________________________________________

I've been to other forums and yes you can actually do a discussion there but most of the time there aren't many active people thats why a lot of them hibernates.
If you are dissatisfied here then I only recommend the sub reddit r/Bitcoin (https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/)

I guess reddit is the only trusted one unlike of those other website who tend to show you some annoying ads even if you don't wan't it. You can found some of them at any other social medias like twitter, facebook, youtube, linkedin, and many more. It's all just the same if you go visit there, they were all talking about as what you have had read it in here. Just stay here because this is the one that you can learn more if you want to.

there are several other bitcoin forum which still exist currently even for my local language there is one site available now but last time i had use is bitcoingarden.org to claim the bounties program but they don't have too much active member to open discussion even more likely the members of those site only promote reff link or ponzi sites which is possibly scam however you can get the informations regarding all related bitcoin at this forum and i think not necessary to find another one

Don't rely with other bitcoin forums as you are already in the right forum and this has been made by Satoshi Nakamoto. The foundation of this forum is strong and being backed up by known people in the entire ecosystem of bitcoin that are helping every single bitcoiner with their problems and shares a lot of knowledge about the whole bitcoin economy. And finding other forum will just waste your time, no big traffic on those forums so you'll just discuss with yourself there.
