Is there any insurance policy available in crypto system like the typical banking system? curious about it.

No. Crypto is too volatile for that.

Byteball (https://byteball.org/) offers flight delay insurance though, as a demonstration of it's capabilities.

Coinbase offers insurance on digital currency they hold for you in the US. I don't know of anybody else who offers this.

Your insurance policy is your Wallet Recovery Phrase which you should write down and keep somewhere private, safe and secure.

I haven't heard from insurance policy in the crypto world or any insurance companies accepting BTC.

Insurance is in the milestone of Change Bank, I read that users will be able to buy insurance from its app in the future.
