The best campaign managers, like aTriz or Yahoo ar asking for more than 0.15 btc a week (aproximately $ 650 a week) newbie managers are going to ask for at least $200 - $300 a week, it is not easy to be a manager, you have to take control of all the users on the forum. And 85$ for the signature codes ? it takes a lot of time to design them, you will have some newbies in here posting their concepts, but real codes are not going to cost you less than 0.04 bitcoins (aprox $150) So your budget will define your project.
