There are lot of cyber scam today, and they victim many people by hacking accounts, even bank accounts to get the money of other. How can we prevent to be victims by them?

You can't really, they are like thief's IRL, you can get pickpocketed if you are not careful enough the same as saving your private info/detail on your computer.

so you can buy things by 10$ (low risk without scam) or 7$ (medium risk may be scam) or 2$ (high risk with high possibility scam)

Scammers will always be around in society, due to people always not being as educated on protecting themselves. What you need to do is to pay attention to how these scammers are, what tactics they use and then not fall for them again.

Everything has its own importance i know there is a lot of hackers and they are doing unfair things but its the eco-system of our human society without it the rich will be more rich there for there might be no end of that its nothing but the equivalence system of the society.

It never end sadly. As long as people have money or prizeful possession which they will thieves and scammers will always be around. Most people are okay with doing an honest days work but some people like to get by

in a different way. It must be something different in their brains that makes them think in such a way I suppose.

Scammer will never arise in our society if take some necessary steps such as
1. Organize Proper vacancy for youth people..
2. Not To deposit so much money for the purpose of getting interest.
3. Not to use money only a specific place for more benefits
4.Use deposited money for talented people.
5. use money for increasing  social business.
 
   

It is difficult to do something with such scammers. Unfortunately many people have suffered from their fraudulent activities. Maybe in the future people will learn to resist, but so far it is impossible, in my opinion.

Greed and trying to take shortcuts has plagued mankind since the beginning of time. It may never be eradicated, because people are always looking for ways to get ahead of their neighbours. Until everybody in the world is content with their position in life and the future, it'll remain this way. I think there are many societies out there with low corruption and that is the closest you can get at the moment.

You're right. We can never stop it. Whatever rules you make up they will always try to find loops and holes.
Scamming is also part of human nature. Some of us may have morals that are stopping us from going that way, but others don't. They know that if they are caught they will face the consequences, but they're willing to try anyway.

But well frankly, Most scammers are the usual smart people who have no conscience and enough greed for easy money to take advantage of innocents. I always wonder that how do these people live with themselves after knowing that they may have potentially wrecked lives.

Scammers have always and will always exist. You can protect yourself by becoming smarter, but they will always adapt and find new ways.

Until people start to develop on a spiritual level, they will not think about how they make money. The money that scammers make is dirty and they have a very bad effect on their karma, their health and their personal lives.

Even if you go spiritual to make money, as long as it is this computerized world there will be scamers because everybody on this earth may not be spiritual . Remember there are different religious beliefs in the world i advice anyone just to be carefull .

I think it wont end easily as long as there are people who thinks only about themselves and who's not polite enough to other people there will be always the one that scam you. And as long as there are bad people or currupt mind there will always be scammed. because scamming is easy to do if you dont have any conscience.

I think it wont as long as there are people who are lazy and wants an easy money even if the is from other people's hardwork. Scammer will always be there so maybe we can make ourselves more responsible on what we deposit on our bank and protect our credit cards and account . And dont always fill up a site that ask for CC info just to enter their sites because there are many phishing sites and scammer on the internet so becareful.

Scammers will never end as of today there are lots of them its their experties to fool people just for money..easy money is all they wanted..to avoid them don't trust anyone..be very careful in a public place..secure all the important information in your account to avoid from hacking because people nowadays seems so lazy and greedy so we must take extra careful.

There are scanners almost everywhere. It now depends on self to be very vigilant and careful in one's dealings with persons. Extra carefulness is required when it pertains to account details too. Scammers/defrauders are always looking out for loopholes in account security and most of all some greedy persons do fall victim to them.

If there is good bank acxount security, the situation could still be salvaged; recovering of the losses and also being able to apprehend the culprit. But really, don't think there can be an end to scammers.

Scam is easy way to get money so they will end only if they have money .

There's no way to stop scammer As long as there is bad guys, poor people, and a persons who are not contented and the victims. I think the only way we can do is to become wise.

The world is a very dangerous place, there are many scammers on this world always waiting to steal everything you have, scammers will never disappear, so we have to be smart in this world, never trust something too easy.

you cant change the way the universe is build there will be jobs with higher leverage (real estate developer) and those with lower leverage (construction worker) only think you can hope for is that those poor living on the low leverage are happy with that they have, then the society looks as if it doesnt has scammer......

Scammer in Society when will it end? for as long as there's these we called "greedy person" who want to take advantage of someone else hard earn money they will always be there. what we need to do is to be always aware of their scheme, we have to be wise in our dealing with people may it be in internet or in phone or in any other way so that we will not be fooled

Scammer now a days has no respector of person,of company or even places, risk their own self, wiser than they ought all for name of getting what they want and gaim more money.. That was their goal..they have no intension of giving up not unless and until they were caught and punished.

They are all around. If you can't protect your self in the internet, pull the plug and don't open your computer and internet until you are ready.

Those who fell at those scammers are mostly relaxed and yet with no knowledge on how the hackers operate. A simple change in your desktop you should already know that something is wrong and someone might be watching you.

As long as man exist, so also will crime. It cannot be eradicated but can only be reduced to it's barest; which could be achieved when certain societal needs are met.

Scamming will never end. Scammers scam because it is the easy way of getting money. It is their livelihood to scam and earn money by stealing it from other people. We can prevent scam artist by ignoring them and being careful to where and when We access our personal accounts. Scam artists are great in persuading people, so We need to be skeptical on all people offering Us a product that is almost to good to be true. Always remember this, if what a scammer says is true then there are many people already benefiting from their products or offer. Don't be persuaded by words easily, always look for proofs, real proofs that prove their point without any other involvement of their so-called "testimonials".

It will never end for as long as there are dumb people who carelessly provide their info in the internet. When I was in college, I was taught to thinl before you click and if its something that you are unsure of you can just cancel it, research it after. Up until now I'm still using the same technique, it works well for me. I was never hacked.

in our diverse world everything takes place to be, although someone doesn't like it...so we can't get rid of scammers...but we can don't let them come into our lives

I don't support scamming, but I am not sure it will come to an end. Because I believe in the saying by some hackers, "There is no patch for human stupidity". No matter how smart you are, you can one day be trick by these scammers.

Scammer in our society we cannot end everyday many victims of scammer. Thats the people dont want to work for his future they will scam thats so easy for them they dont want to work for it they want only instant money instant account and so many scammer is every where.

Unfortunately scamming will never end. It is means of income for a lot of people:credit card scammer, crypto scammers and etc. It is so frustrating to have them everywhere, but there is no way to prevent it.

Scamming is very rampant nowadays especially now that scammers find more ways on how to victimize with the use of technology. Hence, people should become more aware and vigilant regarding the issue. First, people should be more careful and choosy when it comes in sharing their information especially in social media. They need to filter more things they're sharing. Second, they must know what is legit and what is not. They must be knowledgeable enough about what are they up to and how sure they are when it comes to a situation they are enetering to. Lastly, they should not give their trust that easily to someone whom intimidates them with flowery and awesome words.

I completely agree 100% until humanity grows past it's infantile state that we are currently in and realize who we are and how everything we do affects us not just in this life but after as well, we will continue to hurt eachother in various ways, so with that said always be on top of things and always have security be one of your main focuses because there are a lot of jerks out there that will take your stuff without even blinking an eye...

For me it will not end, but in can prevent. There are certain safety precautions when it come to hacking or scamming that you can read in some website. Some of them are useful but some of them are unreliable. It is just a matter of reading on what you will join or enter. Don't make any decision if you still have some doubt and hesitant. Remember that prevention is better than cure.

If people will have fear to God, love and respect to others there won't any scammer. Why? Because they won't do what will hurt to other people. If everyone of us are like that there would be better place for everyone. No more crimes will be committed if we love one another. If helping people is in our heart not hurting them.

With the development of technology fewer people believe in God and scammers are not afraid to be punished for their bad deeds. But if we are careful we will not allow ourselves to be deceived.

In the virtual world, it is hard to say if a person is saying  a truth or would not fool you. It is evident that there's a lot of people getting scammed. I think those people were being scammed because they easily get hooked by flowery words of other people. It is hard to stop those scammers but we can do something to prevent it. Let's be critical with all the things that we give to a person, never ever trust someone easily even it is your colleague. The thing is, we should know a lot of things first before risking and in that way we could somehow prevent being scammed.

The only situation I can image in which there would be no scammers, would be if everybody on earth had whatever they want. If there was no poverty and everybody had an abundance, then there would be no reason to steal. This doesn't seem likely to happen anytime soon, so there will probably continue to be scammers. All we can do it try to protect ourselves from scams and fight to catch scammers in society. It seems like a lot of scamming happens by phone in the US. As far as I understand, it is incredibly difficult to trace phone calls and they are usually made from other countries. Something needs to be done to make it easier to trace these calls and charge the scammers for what they are doing. I think email services like Gmail are doing a great job at minimizing the amount of scam and phishing emails that get into your inbox.

It is hard to say. It is part of the system. There are many similar examples. If you drive a car, you can kill yourself with it in case of an accident. If you play soccer, you can break your legs. If you fight, you lose an eye. Many similar examples are possible. Our society cannot exist without some bad practices. Scamming is a part of those bad things. The technologies we create are not perfect. For that reason, scammers and card thieves will always exist.

Wait, how can you compare scammers to losing an eye in a fight? Saying that technologies aren't perfect is like saying that women dress provocatively, so there will always be rapists. That is a very unpopular opinion. In your examples, you are talking about when a person himself makes a mistake. In the case of a scammer, it's the scammer inflicting something bad to somebody else. I think the biggest issue is how hard it can be to catch scammers using modern technology. Borders also create a huge barrier. Maybe an American law enforcement agency can identify that scammer are in Burkina Faso, but it'll be hard to the to bring them to justice in another country.

Scam is not a new trend. And scammers will roam this earth till eternity. We only have to take extra precautions and be careful about the deals we make.

The only solution is to enlighten our society concerning the way scammers operate. That will help stopping scam.
