So youre not gonna bother even reading https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577765.0 ? No collateral no loan. If you dont have valid collateral 120% of what youre asking (and before you post any form of collateral, make sure you read and reread the first and second post of that link until you understand what collateral is), youre better off locking this thread because no one is going to lend you anything and no one is going to donate anything either. Especially asking for donations like that in a loan request do tells of your intentions of not repaying the loan, especially stating youre gonna pay 1%/month. Do you know how many months that is?

Wow so you are looking for a $400 loan from a random person on the internet to lend to you a complete stranger with the terms of 1% per month and since you offer no collateral you are pretty much just asking for a donation here since you will never pay back the money.  So the likely hood that a stranger on the internet wants to gift you $400 are 0.  I wish people would hand me money like that but sadly in the United States we have to work for our money.  Maybe that is why we are the wealthiest country on the planet because all the rest of you just expect handouts or try to steal a couple of bucks here and there.

Nobody said it yet, but if the terms of this loan are that the lender gets 1% payments every month until the amount is paid off, even at 0% interest, this loan would not be fully repaid until 2026. The block reward will have halved two more times by then.

OP, so you want someone to lend you 0.1 bitcoins so that you can start mining and earn bitcoins, and you will keep paying 1% of the loan every month which will be 0.01, and if so, you will pay the lender after 102 months (if you are willing to pay 2% as commission too  ;D). So the lender will get paid after 8 to 9 years approximately which is really not too long i guess.  ;D
And the best part, you want donations if you do not qualify for the loan.  ;D  ;D this is where i can't stop laughing.
