I can't see any real advatage, only hype, as usual They are successfully done so you cannot expect to buy with it anywhere and the only thing waited for there investors,bounty hunters aswell with the dev is the token unlocking which will be happen on october 10,2017 and if this unlocking will be done will the distribution and the trading of this coin will start up. If you are not registering in the cindicator whitelist and you can't participate in the ico. But i think that the ico already ended because a lot of the interest to put their monet on cindicator project. But you will able to buy cindicator token on the exchange site. Already negotiated in hitbtc (1200sat right now). I participated in Tier 4 (around 250sat).
