Title: Accidentally send ERC20 Tokens to Ledger ETH Wallet
Post by: laiterstesky on October 07, 2017, 03:25:20 AM
I've just sent to my Ledger ETH Wallet some ERC20 Token,

But the wallet is not ERC20 Friendly

How can I send them to my MEW?

I'm not an ETH expert. However, have you tried exporting the wallet file or the unencrypted private keys and importing those into myetherwallet? Since myetherwallet is ERC20 supported and connects to remote nodes, you should be able to access your ERC20 balance.

If this doesn't work then i'm really sorry but i haven't had enough experience to help you. But i have and am using myetherwallet to store ICO tokens right now so i have experience and can vouch that it works.

If you could get your private key and you will be able to take back your amount from there, but if you are not and your amount will be there forever. Until your wallet will have got an update to support erc 20 token compliance in the future.

If you can extract the Private key, you can use https://www.myetherwallet.com/.
If so, I think everything will be normal.

I don't have ledger wallet but I think you can extract private keys automatically or manually by using 24 words passphrase. After that open your wallet in myetherwallet and add its contract address etc. if not available then you can easily move your coins to another wallet.
