Hello guys,
I wrote an article about a real estate coin called REX recently. I would really appreciate you taking a look and sharing opinions!

REX is an aspiring real estate project that uses cryptocurrency to decentralize the real estate market.
That sector is controlled by big firms that charge astronomical sums for their information.
If you want to sell, buy or rent a property chances are you must pay to use one of their services.
Rex tries to change this by allowing everyone to participate on their platform for free.
It removes paywalls or access restrictions, puts your information back into your own hands and makes a global real estate market place possible.

Some reasons why I like the project out of an investor perspective:
- It has a small market cap of ~$2,000,000 so a lot of room to grow.
In comparsion other real estate coins like Propy do have a higher marketcap but in my personal opinion they aren't even half as good. In my opinion this could go easily 5-10x.
- Incredibly cheap right now (In fact cheaper than their ICO price)
- The sector they try to disrupt is huge and needs to change
- The way they try to change the sector makes sense and puts power back to the individuals that use it
- Their Team is part of the real estate community, so they know best what needs to be changed and how to change it
- Their website is insanely well made
- They’ve already released an alpha that looks really good.
- The Team already sent their info to poloniex, cryptopia and bittrex and are willing to pay all listing fees
- Great and friendly albeit small community and a team that answers every question
- They’re working on releasing a public roadmap very soon
- Full launch coming in December this year

Any details on the ICO? How much was raised?

They managed to get 10,000 ETH, but the trading volume has never been in position 1 in the delta ether, hoping the results can be good

The volume is going up. :) The main problem is, that etherdelta isn't as easy to grasp as other exchanges and many people shy away from it. In the longterm this coin will probably be traded on coinexchange.io
I did post a guide for Etherdelta inside the article anyway.

Rex is a good project.  I'm holding some for the long run.

So am I, I think as soon as the volume picks up this coin is going to go up like crazy.

Thank you for the article, interesting read but still not convincing to me. So many real estate coins out there I find it hard to believe that there are so many actual real estate business people who want to diversify into crypto. I am not saying these are outright scams of course, I just feel that this is a specialised industry with a lot of necessary on the ground experience. Something crypto devs do not have to be frank.

The industry is crooked and highly linked to politics and finance. I have a feeling these projects will be battered by their lack of experience.

I've checked out their backgrounds and all of them seem to check out.

I'm pretty sure this project isn't a scam, there is too much work put into it behind the scenes.

if a coin is traded only on Coinexchange (other than ED which doesn't count since they have all ETH-based tokens) that makes me suspicious. It can be fun there, but it's a place for dead coins and scams to get pump-and-dumped, and for people who imagine a coin only listed there can have a future to have their dreams crushed.

But I have to agree this looks somewhat interesting, idk about holding it for longterm but would be surprised if it doesn't get a nice pump from this price.

The REX platform will launch in december, I expect smart money to slowly move in to not drive the price up for themselfs.
Of course there are better exchanges out there but I'm sure this coin isn't going to die.

The team is working really actively on it and visits a lot of real estate conventions to attract customers and it seems like it's working https://www.reidao.io added REX to their partners recently and more partnerships are coming. Their roadmap is going to be updated soon and the website is getting overhauled in preperation for launch aswell.
