They seem to have provided investors with Centra cards and as I understand there are plenty of people who are actually using it and posting the receipts on twitter.

Quite a number of huge points you raised here, however, it could have been nice not really using a newbie account with the first two posts on this forum being an attack on Centra which make it seem more like you were paid to tarnish their image. Moreover, it is always very necessary to be careful before joining ICOs anyway, most especially when you make research on the team. I even thought centra already have a product. Your beloved CENTRA has been dumped now and no communication with people for over 3 MONTHS! Nothing good for Centra holders out there. We have to deal with the losses. The vast majority of exchanges have already removed the token from the auction.
