Admob can be attached to the APK files. Many ways to implement it. what's difference between your accounts and those that are sold in google for 25 $ I do not understand why yours are expensive I make verified gmail, get the right card for it and everything (25$ is included for fee of course). Some people just can't make these or need more then 1. If you can get it yourself then you really do not need this.
