Turkish forces have clashed with Hay'et Tahrir al-Sham fighters in Idlib province on the Syria-Turkey border, activists and a monitor reported.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a Britain-based war monitor, said on Sunday that the Turkish troops exchanged fire with the rebel alliance near the village of Kafr Lusin.

After this news are you think Turkey will start new war in Syria

It is not a "new war", Turkey has wanted to overthrow Assad since the very beginning of the uprising. The current moves seem more about breaking the will of any Kurds along the border with Turkey. Turkey have their own "Kurdish problem" and they don't want an independent Kurdish state on their border, they basically waited until all the hard fighting was done and are now mobilizing against the Kurds. It does not seem very fair to me, Kurds do all the fighting and the Turkish try to take the land afterwards.

IMO, the Turks should stay out of this. Already they are illegally occupying thousands of sq.km of Syrian territory (in the Northern Syria). They should withdraw from this territory and pay repatriations for the Syrian government. I am also concerned with their treatment of ethnic Kurds within their borders (especially in south-east Turkey).

I've been to Syria in the past week and I must say that the Turkish forces have actually done a good job at calming the situation.

Turkey and Russia have been on opposite sides of the conflict, with Turkey arming fighters opposed to Russia’s ally Assad. Last November, Turkey shot down a Russian military jet it said had violated its airspace, prompting a rupture in relations. Following an attempted coup against him over the summer, though, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan paid his first post-coup visit to Moscow, where he met with Russian President Vladimir Putin and began to mend the rift. Last week, Turkey and Russia brokered a deal with Syrian rebels, and without the United States, to evacuate civilians from Aleppo; the foreign and defense ministers from Russia, Turkey, and Iran are still scheduled to meet in Moscow on Tuesday to discuss the situation.

What you mean by calming the situation? You don't calm the situation by invading someone else's territory. The Turks just want to prevent the Syrian Kurds from establishing an autonomous territory of their own. They are afraid that the PKK rebels will find bases in Northern Syria, if the Kurds there are allowed to get a separate nation.

It is very natural to Turkey's starting war with Syria  because Turkey borders on Syria and Syria's civil war mostly affects Turkish domestic peace. For that reason, Turkey got late to start a war syria.
