Hello I have to buy some bitcoins (because  I want to trade altcoins)

I  heard  that  there will be   a  fork in October,  so  when is the  best time to buy Bitcoin?  is  it before the  fork,  or after the fork?
 (I want to maximaze my money  power before to get  into  the  altcoins's market)

I don't know if the fork will make  bitcoin price  rise or not...  can you help me please

There is a fork in october and also one in november. The one in november is more serious

It depends if you want to buy BTC to make a quick profit or hold for a long term.
Many people are selling all their alts for BTC so they can get some free BTC gold during the fork so I think BTC will keep this bullish behavior going for the next few weeks..

- Do you want to hold long or short term?
- Do you want to buy at a crash or when things are more stable?

yes, this is true for the Bitcoin Gold fork in october, while the november may come with a lot of FUD pushing BTC price back down

It would be better to get in now and hodl until the two expected fork is finished. Even if it dumps don't touch your bitcoin on the time frame just convert the forked version of btc anytime you want after fork. That way you will have free money from the fork that will happen. The only thing that might be troublesome is the bitcoin price after the two fork because price might not be the same now it might be lower.

holding for long will be better than do the moves that we will regret at the end , we may earn a bit and we may earn more in time  so have patience and think of what we can do to make it more profitable.

It is best after the fork, because you will see already the rise of the price for bitcoinand then predict that it will continue to rise. At the end of the day it is all your decision that is to be followed.

btc going up until fork on the 25th since people want the bitcoin gold trashbag in case it does well like the bch trashbag. so buy btc now and use it for alts on the 23rd or 24th maybe?

tho i think maybe bitcoin and everything else will take a dive after 25th and until the 2x fork in late november

Of course before the fork. You can gain free Bitcoin Gold and Bitcoin will continue the upturn after hard fork. But pay attention to have your private keys or to have your Bitcoins at a wallet/exchanger/gambling site or any service, where Bitcoin Gold will be supported, if you want to get them.

I think Bitcoin Gold will be worth a lot less than Bitcoin Cash was though. People are expecting a free $500 dollars, but I don't think it'll be the case this time, maybe around $150 dollars

Buy now, when the fork happens you can exchange fork coins for bitcoin, not only your bitcoins will be worth more than today, you'll get free bitcoin when you dump fork coins.

The idea you are implying is a bit confusing. If you want to buy bitcoins so you can trade altcoins then buy now. I don't know why you want to buy when bitcoin is low if you want to maximize trading potential. If you want to just hold bitcoins then you could wait for November, maybe the price will decrease if it creates huge fud just like last time, but that's still a big 'maybe'.

There would be 2 upcoming forks which would be on this month and one would be on november and the best thing to do is to buy bitcoin before the fork.When you observe on what happen on previous fork the price did dip when the fork is still upcoming which means it would possibly happen as of now which there would be a possible dip price before the fork because those are the times to buy cheaper bitcoin and sell out when the price tends to bounce up which is normally happening when bitcoin do fork.We would eventually reach again new ATH which would possibly give profits for us on a short time.

I'll simply trade my BTC against Fiat and buy back at lower price on each correction and sell on higher prices

Thank you all for  the advices.  I  would like to hold  bitcoin  untill  the  fork, then I would  sell  to put  all  into altcoins. 
Will Bitcoin keep on this bullish trend untill when? Untill november?

if you are afraid to lose your money, sell before, if you are confident the work will be successful, just keep it
If I were in your shoes I'd do something completely different, and that's to do nothing at all. Just keep what you have an forget about it. There will always be forks and you'll never be able to predict how it will go, so hodl and smile :)
