Title: Coin jar ..WTF Post by: Frank j p on October 09, 2017, 10:08:26 AM HI ...im pretty new to crypto world. ..so ive got a coin jar , i put $5300 .. into it to buy some bit coin from my bank account. ..it was in there for a few days ...then i decided to use coin spot instead....so i transfered the $5300 back into my linked bank account. ..and didn't receive it ....i dont know WTF is goin on ,ive left 3 , messages with support. .with not one reply..its been a week ...so im getting pretty pissed..what else can i do ...or is this something that just takes time ...i left $5.00 in there.

Title: Re: Coin jar ..WTF Post by: Thekool1s on October 09, 2017, 10:12:17 AM Your only option is to wait for a response, but if you feel like you are being scammed, you should open a Scam accusation here on the forum it will alert many users over here, BTW personally i am hearing about coin jar for the first time, So i can't comment about them whether they are legit or a scam.
Edit: did you verify your account with them? Maybe they require your verification before they can process your payout. Are you talking about coinjar.com ? I search for it and I found that they have twitter and facebook account as well, so try to contact them there. You can also try to contact other users to see if it was a scam when they used it. They haven't been active for a past week or so on their social media tho. |
