Establish Bitcoins as the currency. Recognise and educate people widely about the importance of wealth rather than money. Recognising that a sustainable economy stems directly from a virtuous circle of taking wealth from natural resources; human resources and feeding those into food; energy; education. I'd ensure that there was then fair distribution and investment in those essentials and leave everything else to market forces. Then, I'd establish one law.. don't be selfish in a way that impacts others negatively. Only then would I sit back and take my reward - because naturally such things get chicks really hawt.
