I would like to translate an [ANN] topic into Czech language and try to help Czech speaking people to discover bitcointalk in their language. There is no sub for Czech and "other languages" has a ban on posting ANN threads without local relevance. I guess my question is, is there any way to post this without breaking rules and where? I'm happy to provide details about the coin if there is any interest. Its team won the Irish govt. entrepreneurship award and there is a lot of interest. There is a very strong Czech immigrant community in Ireland so I would argue it is locally relevant.., I tried to contact the mod of "other languages" first, but seems he might be AFK;) The coin pre-sale is going on and I want people to be able to get on it.
