My guess is he wants someone to receive a credit card on his behalf then forward him the package. Maybe he wants someone from the Euro zone, or he is in a country with economic sanctions, like Iran. I need it to register that's all, I'll pay whatever you will pay to get the card plus $10 :D

Would have been wise if you can give details of the country from which they needs to be ordered from and the destination country as well. He is not reacting to me and as I see not to anyone here, if it is a card or something in that trand I understand it has to be sent and there are enough people willing to do it, including myself, but would be nice to hear something back so that we can actually help.
