However, there are threads on this forum where people are willing to sell it to you.

Paypal has a charge back option so a sender can easily claim back his sent money anytime amid time period of 180 days. While bitcoin once spent, can't be retrieved again. You are still free to find someone willing to deal with your paypal but for that you must move this thread to exchanges board.
