Anything is possible, I have seen a few weird request made around the forum that turned out to be genuine. Op your best bet us an exchange, you can do them in bits, using several exchanges if you are not comfortable depositing the lot in one.

1007.3 to avoid suspicion  :D :D nowadays someone with that amount of bitcoin is mature enough to know how to melt them all in one discounted go. if you are interested I could buy 10 for $4200 I could buy more but currently I'm planning for my wedding and I'm cashing out little by little. My usual local exchanging service is good to sell 0.05/ 0.1 and the best strategy I could think of was to sell 0.1 to several local exchanges.

it is so easy to cash out without higher comissions in Russia there is always a brief cased black suited man waiting at the corner for buying your coins without imitation. just google it and then they gonna find you, the biggest problem that 1,000 btc cant be announced in public so that means neighter you have it and the black suit man gonna find you with an offer.

You should just cash them out individually on localbitcoin, with that amount you could probably set up your own exchange and possibly make even more.

all of them including paying ur country taxes and not hiding any fees because yo will go to jail
