Title: BitBetter.org - bitcoin fun Post by: bitbetter on June 25, 2011, 10:18:29 PM Since I can't really figure out what I need to do to post in the actual relevant topic in this forum, I'll just post it here for you guys. http://BitBetter.org (http://BitBetter.org) is something we've been working on a few weeks. It's basically a place to exchange bitcoin and also use bitcoins to place bets. It also has a marketplace and we have a service that allows our members to order pizza using bitcoins.
We are still in the process of developing this site, but wanted to give you guys the opportunity to check it out and give us some feedback. It's free to join and check out. Also, I see you must like social media lol (fix twitter link btw), but make sure to use all these things. Sometimes a site with a lot of things that aren't getting used looks off putting to the general user. Good luck, I hope your site progresses. I definitely agree about utilizing the social media aspects, will definitely be doing that in the future. I also agree that when there's too much stuff not getting used it looks off-putting. I guess we're still trying to decide exactly what direction we're going in, perhaps might just have separate sites for the Betting aspect and the other stuff. Yes it's kind of confusing right now because we are still in the process of developing it, but.... Basically it's a site where you can turn your bitcoins into money and even make money, by gambling. There are also exclusive services for members to use, like being able to order pizza using bitcoin or place something up for auction using bitcoin. There are several other sites that are doing what we do, however they're mostly automated and take days to work sometimes. We are providing a fast, friendly and interactive place to use your bitcoins....at least that's what we hope it will be! The more people we get involved in using the site the better it works. Pretty much anyone can be an admin and run the site, just takes time and a desire to make some bitcoins. I guess people's biggest complaints about bitcoin is that you can't use it for food or other physical items. we're hoping to eliminate that problem and act as an exchange for matching up bitcoin users, allowing them a safe environment for using bitcoins.
