Does it mean that you have received your money? If so, then it would be better if you delete the thread or closed the thread. Edit it first with something like "solved" before closing is better.

Anyway looking up the transaction ID it shows that they went through But it does not show up in my account and the text port says it's because it's below the point 01 what tries to load nowhere that's written on their site. Either way they said for me to go to the wallet my wallet me know manager whatever. I did this who's crypto.com and they told me that it went through and to go to themI told them this is definitely the address you gave me and they say it's stuck there and I need to go back to the wallet person does anybody know how to help me.
