And airdrop is when a dev team will just send a whole bunch of coins to different Ethereum address and then bam, you have coins. Make sense?

A few days ago I also received some random tokens I never heard of. Then after googling I found out it was a promotional airdrop. It doesn't hurt to get a coin for doing absolutely nothing.
