What? I think you're kidding. This coin is already too expensive now. It seems to me that its price is about 6$, and it costs 8$.

No, I do not understand those people who are looking for very short term gains and bounces. It can be $50 only in late 2018 in my opinion.

Don't expect too much with Omisego for this year. That's a lot but it will come, time will tell if something or someones who's a big player in the crypto market will give some hype to Omisego then for sure it will make it's price pump. But as of now, I haven't seen some but only hypes that really doesn't matter expect that when the price of bitcoin is pumping there will be some alt coins that will be on red, so notice them.

NO - I don't think OMG will be $50 by end of year.  But in the future once they get their project up and going and it widely accepted as a good project the price could potentially reach $50 long term. I personally own OMG - looks to be a good project. 

Yep, this sounds about right. If the team can put in the work and get more of the community on their side then we'll see the price start to increase again. I also own OMG so I'm hoping to see more out of the devs to make this coin more of a staple in the community. The only other coin in the same ballpark as this one, in terms of context, is NEO. I think both of these coins have bright futures dependent on more community involvement.

Predicting a price by a date is really hard for anyone. OMG is a good project but $50 is
still too far away. Let it get to $20 first.

LOL.  ;D That is too high a speculation, mate. We are already in the middle of October. Three more months to go and we are on the edge of year 2017. It is very hard to imagine how OMG will be able to do it. It is more than enough if OMG reaches $20. We should already be very happy with that. After all the early part of 2018 will be very good to altcoins for sure. 

What can we realistically expect from OMG mid & end of 2018?

not gonna happen in this year, if it is $50, then the market cap will be too big. unless btc hit 7000 first.

OMG may be one altcoin that has many investors but if you want to reach 50 $ then that is quite impossible. OMG is different from bitcoin, altcoin which already has a long track will be difficult to increase up to hundreds percent in a few months. may need a miracle and also a little dream to be able to reach the desired rates. but I think if OMG has a price increase of only 20% then it is already a very good achievement.

Even plasma will have done in the future and that will be impossible to make the price of omg will be around 6x from now, but after seen the chart of litecoin and that looks possible for some years later. don't worry about that.

i think 50$ by the end of the year is a bit to optimistic. maybe 10 to 12$. 50$ "might" be possible in in one or two years but only if you have pretty good news. Nevertheless it's definitely a hold in my opinion. And when we see a drop then i will buy more of it.

At the moment, the coin is worth $ 4.5. To achieve $ 50, it needs to be increased in price by more than 10 times. Having a sufficiently large capitalization, it is unlikely that the coin for the remaining 2.5 months will shoot so. Spring 2018 with a positive news background is possible

Its only an Ethereum token so its price is connected to Ethereum price. And Ethereum price is tied to Bitcoin which is currently growing. So maybe some growth for OMG if we see new highs from bitcoin soon. It is very bullish.

Some big names have predicted OMG to go for 700$ in coming years. I think we need some major updates to Ethereum before that is even thinkable.

I would like to think positive yet practical and realistic. OmiseGo may be a coin worth investing. It is also a good project which is entirely functioning. The team as well are as good and creative. But to say that OMG will hit the price of $50 within the end part of 2017 is a bit dreamy. Why don't we just start aiming $15 or $20?  ;) Or you can go up to $25 because 2017 will be ending 3 months later.

I'm feeling like Omisego is going to be more like $10-15 by the end of the year. Omisego could easily go into the $100+ range in the next few years assuming the devs deliver--they will--and companies adopt it.

What do you see as the major price driver here? Why would it reach $50 by the end of the year? I'm so tired of people just shitting out predictions. Base it on something, or it's useless.

Let'S hope there will not be any more airdrop, because all those people who receive OMG tokens for free and do not believe in the project are generating a lot of selling pressure.

No way! Would be hard to even reach $30 tbh. 2 and a half months till the end of the year isn't long enough for that kind of growth on OMG just yet. Maybe by the end of next year would be a more realistic goal of $50. Great things coming for OMG in the future though, they are one of the coins i check the progress of every day.

I dont think that it OMG will reach 50$ by end of 2017. It will take some more time to see these high prices. Even if it would touch 50$, after that we would see some rejections and a new top.
