Check hashrate of the devices from wiki, calculate expected btc/month $/month, calculate power usage and get the profit. Assume profit will be lowering each week a bit since increasing difficulty. Give AM some time and the prices may drop since the marginal cost of making the miners has to be pretty low - then it may be profitable to run a few of them again.

If BTC tanks, you can still sell the GPU and get some of your money back. I don't see anyone willing to pay anything close to today's fiat value of a USB stick if BTC tanks. It's a different story with full blown ASICs, where the ROI is (hopefully) less than a month. |
