So no, I would want to get the 5 BTC after you withdraw. I will need it after escrow checks everything is as described.

and what will stop you to gain acesss to the account before widraw made and you get the 5btc?

You get the bitfinex account and the email account so there is no way for me to reclaim the account since even the email will be in your control.

You can also set up 2FA on the account :)

nothing that concerns you. you really have no brains. you are saying i stole a bitfinex account, then i stole its email account, the real owner did not have 2fa on even when he has 9.33 BTC in his account and the owner is not seeing the bitfinex login notifications on his email. you have heard somewhere about stolen accounts and like a dumb idiot that you are, you probably post that on every account selling thread without using your non-existent brain.

We can work with minerjones or Blazed that have escrowed multi million dollar ICOs like Ark. I am sure they won't screw us for 5 BTC.

Give me the user name and password, I will verify the account, you will have the control over 2fa authentication, it means that you'll see the address I'm going to send out your bitcoins to and if it wasn't the address you gave me you could cancel the 2fa process, I will first withdraw my 1 bitcoin and then after you approved it I will send you the rest :D

I can do it with escrow as described in the OP. Easier and safer for both of us.
