There is no rule stopping you from using the same address over and over[1]... it just isn't recommended for various security and privacy reasons. So, your coins should be fine. Once the transaction confirms, you should get your bitcoins into your wallet.
[1] The only time this might be a problem is with "one time" deposit addresses on an exchange... they may not credit your account if you deposit to an old address. Try to contact the support of the recipient wallet if they will reverse the transaction and it will be credited to your account. For now it will be charge to your experience and you may need more careful next time. Do you have the private key for this old address still? If you are asking about an old exchange address, that would depend on the exchange and their policies. I can see from the blockexplorer you provided a link to, that the fee is about 20 satoshis per byte, which is pretty bad. Also it is suspicious that the transaction is only 150 bytes and the addresses start with 3 which means that it is P2SH tx. Is this a segwit transaction, since it is so small,if so, how is it an old address?
