I would like to know if the www.happy-coin.org is a SCAM or not? I have an account there but not sure if this is a legit website to deposit ethereum.

Nor i have seen anyone post anything related to it in the forum. It might be a scam also. I would recommend you to use myetherwallet instead you xan keep control of your funds, no email is required and it is trusted from years.
