Title: Saphhire 7950 Vapor x OC settings Post by: blarg on June 06, 2013, 12:28:15 AM so i have 2 7950's stock getting around 900 k hash on scrypt and i havent messed with the over clock setting on at all and was wondering what experiences youve had (if you have the same card) what works best for you
also what should i mess around with in the bios to minimize power of components a mining rig wont use thanks! VDDC is the volts in DC that the card is running at. Under volting a card, if you can do it, saves electricity and reduces the heat that the cards produce. What's the rest of your config? The 64bit reaper version just crashes while compiling kernel and the 32 bit version says raise the lookup-gap or lower the thread-concurrency. Same with a new admin account. I only used cgminer till today. With 1050 core 1250 ram 1.065v corev I dropped from 625 kh per card to 570 kh and my kill-a-watt dropped from 930W to 750W for the 3 card rig which is pretty nice. What OS do you use for your GPU-Farm?
