Are you looking for a safe and private VPN and email provider? Check privacytools.io[1] for unbiased reviews about VPN's and Email's.
I myself would use ProtonMail (can be used for free or extra features that can be paid with Bitcoin) and NordVPN (has a free 3 days trial);

Using a Linux distribution is normally recommended for security. Whilst Tor is what is recommended for privacy issues regarding information that websites can see about your cookies and web browser. Email, mail2tor might go well with using Tor browser.

This thread could easily become an advertising thread, which is all good, as long as you display your USP (Unique selling Point) as to why your service should be considered from another.
What are the fundamentals to consider regarding VPN services and email services to provide the customer with the best privacy and protection?
(And maybe for seniors who have already done their research to stamp the staple, conclusion, move forward, recommend).
