Title: Selling Option In Bittrex?
Post by: btcwish1 on October 13, 2017, 10:36:26 PM
Dear friends,

I have just joined Bittrex and bought some coin. Now I want to know is there any option in Bittrex that will show how much profit or loss I will be having if i sell the coins?

Or Do I have to manually go to coinmarket and check the price?

Thanks :)

Bittrex shows you history of all your trades. Isn't that sufficient? If not then you can try to link you account with cointracking.info.

or try poloniex (another exchange) they have their own pretty neat tracking of your trading history.

I suggest you to register an account at AltPocket.io (http://AltPocket.io); It's a portfolio that automatically pulls all your trades from some exchanges (including Bittrex) and shows your open investments.

E.g: If you buy 1 LTC for 0.0105 BTC, your profile at AltPocket will show an open LTC investment.

If the Litecoin price goes to 0.012 BTC, the portfolio will show that your investment made you a profit of 0.0015 BTC.
or if the price goes down to 0.009 BTC, the portfolio will show that your investment made you lose 0.0015 BTC.

When you close your investment by selling your 1 LTC, your profile will show your overall profit, net worth, and old investments.

If you bought a coin ,the estimated amount of it will be seen on your balance, on that you can already see what is the profit or loss on your coin.

You can check the value of your bought coins in the wallets tab and see its estimated value there if you are in profit or loss. Or you can also follow what TryNinja suggested as this is a more efficient way of checking your account balance. I would try it myself cause I am also looking for ways to check my balances in an efficient way.
