Where does bitcoin came from? How it's made and how does it expand/grow? Thank you for any answers.

base on my searching on the internet bitcoins are created in a process called mining, where a computer repeatedly works through a series of calculations that are designed to be difficult to solve, but to lead to a specific answer.

Bitcoin is 'created' by a person or group of people with the name 'Satoshi Nakamoto'. Does anyone really know who he is? Although there are many articles and investigations to find out the truth about who he is, there is no strong evidence to date. Is it important? Not at all. Satoshi designed the entire Bitcoin system with an 'open manner' attitude - meaning it is available for viewing and reviewing by everyone, so there are no hidden secrets and no influence from the creator. As time went by, many people began to work on these codes so that they were very different from Satoshi's initial draft. It is important to remember that there is a misconception about Satoshi mentioning that Satoshi created Bitcoin alone. Like other major breakthroughs in science, Satoshi's creation was built by the hands of many people. In recent decades, many leading experts, technicians, and mathematicians have been involved in research on cryptography, systems, and more. Satoshi succeeded in summarizing all these work into a coherent and clear plan and then implementing the plan. If you read Satoshi Whitepaper, you will read references from all the discoveries that drive his success in the creation.

Bitcoins are created as a reward for a process known as mining. They can be exchanged for other currencies, products, and services.

There's a set limit of 21 million Bitcoin to be created. Currently, we are sitting at 16 million blocks. Originally, 50 Bitcoin as created every 10 minutes by miners who created "blocks". These blocks verified Bitcoin transactions. Four years later, the reward was reduced to 25 btc. Now, in 2017, the reward is 12.5 btc. It will continue to go down until we hit 21 million coins.

I heard that there was a research paper written on digital currency and blockchain. So satoshi nakomoto implemented this research paper and created bitcoin. It was created in 2011 and have seen many faces of development. It is open source code and anybody can improve it if other accept it. Now new bitcoin are created as transaction fee for those people who mine bitcoin with usage of high sped processor and electricity. In other words bitcoin is not created free instead it cost money to create a bitcoin.

Bitcoin was created by Satoshi Nakamoto and there is no proof whether this name belongs to a person or a group of people. Many people claim that Satoshi Nakamoto has died. He is the father of bitcoin and also the blockchain technology. In the beginning, people tended to use bitcoin in the deepweb. HAckers, criminals use bitcoin to buy many things such as drug, human, illegal stuff on the darknet. Then, people figure out how important and amazing bitcoin is and they started buying bitcoin as an online investment. Bitcoin is newly created by the activity called mining. Only when you have gadgets can you mine bitcoin.

Bitcoin is created by so called "satoshi nakamoto" but no one knows if it is just a name of a single group or just a person.Even though there are many articles and inveatigationa to know the truth about satoshi us, there are still no concrete evedence to date. But it is not important who create bitcoin because it is designed to be viewed and reviewed by anyone without the influence of the creator, meaning it is independent. As time pass by many people such as mathemathecians, prigrammers and developers continue to improve criptography and arrives on what we are being benifited today.

Bitcoin was created by a person (or group of people) who did not want to reveal their identity, nicknamed Satoshi Nakamoto. So far, there have been many speculations about Satoshi, but the guesswork is still speculation, and we still do not know who Satoshi really is because all the people who are "suspected" refuse to be. myself.

I think this is coming from japan the one who first founder of bitcoin is a certain "Satoshi Nakamoto" if i'm not mistaken, then followed by the other founder which will continuously support and provide BITCOIN until now, and now Bitcoin is famous in America, Europe and Asia, but here in the Philippines is not so popular and i hope someday Bitcoin is a primary use for all Philipino's to become less poverty.

Bitcoin come from a technology that is known as blockchain. It is an online algorithm where mining happens. You can assume it as a mathematical problems with gradual increase in difficulty. Once you got an answer right, we call it blocks. Once a block is discovered, the algorithm moves to higher difficulty and it required even better power to solve the problem. The process is known as mining. Instead of human brain, the computing power is used for mining and to discover the blocks.

Now the difficulty of that algorithm is so high, it can't be solved by a normal computing power. You will need expensive rigs and a lot of mining power which make mining exclusive to a certain community. While only a minor percentage of people is mining, a whole lot more people is looking to earn in bitcoins which creates a robust demand where the supply is low compared to the demand. So people are willing to pay higher price for bitcoin which increases its price. So that is an overview of bitcoin as per my understanding and I hope it will help you understand the basics.

Bitcoin uses a database that is distributed and spread to the nodes of a P2P network to a transaction journal, and uses cryptography to provide basic security functions.

When a miner cracks an algorithm to record a block of transactions to a public ledger called a blockchain. When the “block” is added to a “blockchain” new Bitcoins are created.

there is no valid information about where the bitcoin is coming from. What is clear from some information from the bitcoin forums is made by a group of people who named them as Satoshi Nakamoto.
bitcoin is growing rapidly because of its innovation in managing its assets, and most importantly its security is very high. In addition the bitcoin runs by itself without anyone being able to control the center. This is why bitcoin is growing very rapidly.

In a conventional financial system, new money is created by a central bank, such as the Federal Reserve. But the Bitcoin network doesn't have a central bank. So the system needed an alternative mechanism for introducing currency into circulation.

Then towards mining blocks it became difficult in getting a block that is why they needed ASIC chip miners or ant miner that can solve blocks really fast, then there are many sites that circulates satoshi's like faucets earning bitcoin by clicking or solving captcha, then altcoins were introduce that involve trading with other altcoins with these many earning and acuiring bitcoin many investors and user are buying bitcoin that is why the demands right now is so great with only just 20 millions block left to mine. That is why the price fluctuates more eagerly up.

I would like to add that after every "block" the reward of miners is getting cutted by 50% and it's logically, cause of if they would still get so much bitcoins they would be super rich people in the world right now  :D

The miners have nothing to lose. As the amount of mined coins dropping price of bitcoin grows and therefore the income remains in the same range. When the miners say that it is not profitable to mine bitcoins I don't trust them. Nobody's going to dig coins if it is not profitable. As far as I know there is no shortage of miners.

According to my research on Bitcoins i have found that bitcoins were made by Satoshi Nakamoto who may be a person or a group of people as there is not a single proof  for the Identity. The Bitcoins are produced through a process known as Bitcoin Mining in which transactions are verified and added to the public ledger and solving a computationally difficult puzzle which gives a single solution through which Bitcoins are generated.

On 18 August 2008, the domain name bitcoin.org was registered. In November that year, a link to a paper authored by Satoshi Nakamoto titled Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System was posted to a cryptography mailing list. Nakamoto implemented the bitcoin software as open source code and released it in January 2009. The identity of Nakamoto remains unknown, though many have claimed to know it.

I think bitcoin was created by the illuminati. Satoshi nakamoto was actually one of the forefathers of the rothchilds family, so they named the "creator" after him in honor of this mr satoshi guy.  Ive also heard there has been a power struggle within this secret sociey, and now the group is dismantled. Some high ranking members ended up keeping most of the banks in the world, some of them was murder.  One clever little bunch stole  1 of 2 bitcoin printing machine and immigrated to china and started a company with this one bitcoin printing machine.  Heard they are getting back o  their feet now, making a decent living.. the 2nd bitcoin printing machine was spotted somewhere in Georgia, no one know much details atm.
Thats the recent news on  the streets. Anybody else can chime in, would be appreciated.

Thank you for this question and thank you for this very informative answer. I heard about bitcoin mining before. But the above answer gives me more idea about bitcoin history.

A person who called himself the symbolic name Satoshi Nakamoto introduced the idea for the first time in a research paper in 2008, describing it as an electronic monetary system that relies on the principle of peer to peer . The process of issuing bitcoin and following their conversions is linked to another process called mining .

Santoshi made a process called mining, it means whenever someone translate any balance in Bitcoin it gets stored into a network block which was Mind by the miners using that computer hash power. In this way the network transactions get verified and the minus will get a block reward for every network block they have mind (currently the block reward is 12 Bitcoin).

Where does bitcoin came from? How it's made and how does it expand/grow? Thank you for any answers.

Its a worldwide cryptocurrency with digital payment system. I heard its created in 2009 and the creator name was Satoshi Nakamoto who belongs to japan. Nobody's know where this guy is maybe he is hidden somewhere.
Its a reward gaining  with the help of mining. Most of people exchange it with each other currencies and trade it with altcoins.

Based on some articles and sites that ive been researched it is from a man named Satoshi Nakamoto who invented the alternative kind of cash or digital cash called bitcoin. You can reproduce it by mining it and you can also buy it on a trading sites.

Bitcoin was created by an individual named satoshi. He created bitcoins to make people send their money individually P2P without the help of banks.Actually, satoshi designed bitcoin tto have a total of 21 million coins only.A operation named mining is carried out in which complex mathematical problems are solved using ASIC miners. For every block mined,a bitcoin is given as a reward to miners.

Bitcoin comes from a process called mining of Bitcoin. Bitcoin is a virtual currency and is created in such a way so that a limited number of Bitcoin can only be mined, so that its value increase with increase in user base. Also, bitcoin occurs when miner passes or approves an transaction and as a reward they are given Bitcoin. As simple is the use of Bitcoin, the more complex is its internal functioning and process. But all these things can be easily found in Satoshi's whitepaper for proper understanding.

Bitcoin comes from code, essentially. It is a code that makes sure only 21,000,000 Bitcoin (BTC) will ever be created. This underlying technology is called the Blockchain. The Blockchain is like a sidewalk. Imagine walking down the sidewalk OK? Each block is like the Blockchain, and each coin has it's own blockchain, if that makes any sense. :P

Bitcoin is a series of mathematical problem that ready to be solve by the use of mining and by the help of graphic cards of computers. Visualization of bitcoin it so hard to figure out what is the exact image of bitcoin but in my head its like a cube a huge cube.

From all the information brought by these fellow users, Bitcoins come from a code created by a man called Satoshi, and are generated by a process called mining.

Bitcoins are created during a process that's called bitcoin mining which is basically adding transactions to blockchain. It's simple as that, bitcoins that are created are then hold by the miner until they are sold.

Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency, a digital asset designed to work as a medium of exchange that uses cryptography to control its creation and management, rather than relying on central authorities. The presumed pseudonymous Satoshi Nakamoto integrated many existing ideas from the cypherpunk community when creating bitcoin.

Bitcoin was actually created by satoshi nakomoto and he created it as a currency which could be used to send money P2P without the help of banks as intermediary. It was set that there should be only 21 million coins to be available.New bitcoins were generated by a process called mining which is solving mathematical algorithms to enable bitcoin transactions to get confirmed.Till now,16.5 million coins have come in to circulation and only 4.5 million coins yet to be mined.

I do not know where it came from but I remember only a few. and it's just what I remember. Bitcoin is a consensus network that enables a new payment system and a completely digital money. It is the first decentralized peer-to-peer payment network that is powered by its users with no central authority or middlemen. From a user perspective, Bitcoin is pretty much like cash for the Internet.
