May I know the reason for this negative review?

No account required as you said does that mean that any one from your site can buy/sell the coins? What verification you would be doing for what purpose or who is the person who is buying/selling the coin? I think this can cause the trouble to you.

If you visited our website then you must noticed that we are not an exchange where you can trade with fiat currency. Since there is no fiat currency involved, there is no need to follow AML/KYC guidelines.

Is this your site or you acting as agent.  Why are you using an referral to this site ? 

without any regulations how do you expect people to just trust you and start trading on your exchange .  What is the assurance that our money will not get swindled .

0.5% fees. I think that's the maximum fee I have seen ever in all the exchanges whether decentralised  or otherwise. Plus no assurances that our crypto won't get lost since there is no account. How would one claim that his coins are missing?
