There is no credible way to pay a Credit Card bill using Bitcoin without converting to FIAT first because it has to go through a bank and no banks (or any other financial institution for that matter) accept Bitcoin (or ever will).

If you're Canadian, you can allegedly use https://yestobitcoins.com/ to pay your Credit Card bill. I've no idea how it works but from what little I've read, it does.

^^Title speaks for itself.
First, you should pay it off with fiat. After:
I would reverse the question, why not to use a bitcoin debit card if you have bitcoin and you want to use your bitcoin for spending? (paying card debt off is also spending purpose). Most of the cards are VISA branded so they are accepted worldwide. OK, bitcoin debit cards are not anonymous. But, if you pay off your card debt with bitcoin, tax authorities will surely ask about the origin of the amount you have paid off, so it also doesn't make any difference.

Not from those companies, you would be better off getting a credit card backed by bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies. Not sure if they are available yet, check out some ICOs in the altcoin section - there were a few but don't know if they are usable yet.

Not yet, but I believe in the coming years we'll hear of a method to pay them with any cryptocurrencies, assuming they actually realize the potential cryptocurrencies have. So let's expect it happens sooner than later.

Every service does not accept Debit card. For some, Credit Card is mandatory, e.g. Meetup.com, Moniker.com, BestHostFree.com (though it accepts bitcoin directly) etc...

In this case, there are two options:
1. Convert the neccessary amount of bitcoin on an exchange and send it directly to your CreditCard's account nr. There could be a problem with this at the exchange, because your EUR, USD, etc account has your name, but the credit card account doesn't, it's the bank's account to keep the details of the credit. So it's possible that some exchange won't let you wire money to that account.
2. Convert then send it to your everyday EUR, USD, etc... account. Transfer it to your CreditCard's account, and voila... problem could be that in some EU countries, banks started to monitor if a wire transfer comes from a cryptocurrency related account number and sometimes they send the transaction back without a question. So test it, before you spend large amount from your credit card, and always be safe to be able to pay it back from another fund source. You would never know that your transaction will arrive or not, despite of the formers has arrived without problems, banks are arising on the topic it seems...

Yes there are some exchangers that allow you to convert your bitcoins to fiat, or just to exchange for fiat to your credit/debit card, but only if you are using Visa, because mastercard is more difficult to find a exchange who uses it. But it is easy, or just look for a local website that pays your bills with your bitcoins, a lot of websites in my country are doing it, and we are on third world country..
just do your own research for your local forums, you must find a way out.

Revisiting the thread after a long time. An year has passed in between. The problem is still unresolved though. There are many services for US. But, what about the rest?

Cant we use virtual debit cards across the globe? Do we have country restriction for those? If not, those can be loaded with Bitcoin and be used to pay the CC bill everywhere...

Most of the virtual debit cards require KYC and they have country restrictions as well.

As far as I know there is no possibility to pay your credit card bill with Bitcoins. But there are some possibilities with certain apps to pay bills of one credit card with another card so you can use Bitcoin debit card to pay the bill. It's not direct use of Bitcoin payment but stil you can use your coins. So, it's not impossibe you just have to use alternative method.

This is currently not possible! However, there are several ICO projects that want to solve this problem and payment in Bitcoin will become a reality. This could happen by the fall of 2020.

By paying with bitcoin, it means paying with bitcoin debit card, i.e. a card that exchanges BTC to USD on the go.

If any merchant does not accept Bitcoin, you can not pay with Bitcoin. This question is about usage area. If anyone argue that I am paying with Bitcoin there must be any person or company between buyer and seller and if there are any provider for this, you can sell your bitcoins in any exchange and transfer to your card, this is same thing.

It's not yet acceptable to pay credit card using bitcoin and we do not if they allow cryptocurrencies to be use as the payment for their credit. If bitcoin will be fully implemented in all countries and even the companies allow there is a small chances that somewhere in the future they will accept bitcoin as a payment in their credit.

You can, but it's more complicated than expected. You just sell your BTC directly to your bank account and then pay it off that way, although I've seen people offer to pay someone's bills off (via bpay), in exchange for BTC, but it's pretty rare to find - I found an offer for that on Paxful and LocalBitcoins. I wonder if that'll be possible in the future with the new additions made to crypto with upcoming projects.

I'd personally recommend using a bitcoin debit card. Popular ones include Wirex, Bitpay, TenX and Xapo.

Some of them do not have KYC. I can't remember off the top of my head, but there are debit cards that only require loading and won't ask for KYC. The downside to this is I'm pretty sure your limits are very low compared to other options.

The majority use either Bitwala or Wirex. Bitwala provides a bank account with a dedicated IBAN for SEPA transfers + a Mastercard and it works with recurring payments. I can't comment about Wirex but there is this topic (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1392468.0)
There is also Cryptopay but it targets people from Russia or Coinbase for EU/UK but you get just a card.

Xapo stopped its cards long ago if I remember.

As of now best and easier way to pay credit card/Master card is to change bitcoin to fiat. Further using those for paying directly from the selected bank account is the right choice as we don't have service renders providing uninterrupted services.

Or may be pay MasterCard/Visa Credit Card bill globally using a single bank account? Bitcoin can be converted to FIAT in that account.

You can check peer-to-peer platforms such as Localbitcoins and Localcryptos to check whether any of the buyers would agree to pay your credit card bill, in exchange for Bitcoins. But you need to be careful while using the P2P platforms. There may be a few shady characters, who are trying to convert their dirty money to more anonymous assets such as Bitcoin or Ethereum. The risk is lower with LBC, because they have very strict KYC requirements.
