With low propaganda surrounding this announcement. This was the fifth fork, established on the Ethereum Network, bringing new performances to the platform. This fork is planed since 2015, by the Ethereum core developer team, and it was divided in 2 fases Byzantium e Constantinopla. The date for the 2º fase is not yet planned.
