This is Mr. Wall Street Mr Dimon and he continues to bash Bitcoin all the time. Last week he stated he was going to shut up...NOT. He continues to run his mouth and calling investors stupid, He needs to look in the mirror. I have to say it really amazes me how irresponsible he is and just showing his ignorance on this topic.

There is a lesson to be made do not listen to the Guru's most are just clueless..I stopped watching financial TV and Radio. Do your own research and work and you will be better off in your financial endeavors..... 

Well, do you expect anything more from the CEO of a major bank who has the most to lose if Bitcoin is something that goes mainstream. His job, his lifestyle, and tons of other things are on the line if this whole Fiat currency thing is to just go south one day, even if those are low chances, he's still looking out for the interests of himself and his bank.

He may be making a fool out of himself in your eyes, but in the lives of the ordinary people, he's just confirming what many 'ordinary' people think about Bitcoin. That it's a scam, pump investment, and so on and so forth.

I do hope he burns and crashes though.

This creates a lot of confidence for investors, but who can be sure this will produce results. It may be more risky than positive.

Over time his words will be forgotten. Eventually Bitcoin will perform on its own and people will turn toward bitcoin regardless of what Dimon has said. All of the people he could have influenced by now have already been influenced. Now he only speaks to no one.

There is nothing wrong in getting advices from experts ,the problem here is James Dimon does not have a clue about bitcoin and how it works and yet he is commenting because he missed the opportunity on investing in it when the price was low and so when the rally started he came to a conclusion that he has not seen this kind of rally in any of the investment in his life and so he came to a conclusion that it must be a bubble and a scam without knowing or understanding what bitcoin is all about. ;D

Bitcoin always proves that everything he said is false and not even based on a factual information. Yet we must be patient enough, because he will continue to bash bitcoin as much as he can and will take each time as an opportunity for him to create FUD and let bitcoin investors cash out. since he is still a respectable person and has credentials to trust by the people.

What to expect to a person who doesn't even know what is bitcoin. This is really tiring but yeah we must stay chill and relax, whether we like it or not we cannot stop this human on attacking bitcoin.

Screw that guy man, it's not the first time he is doing something like this and he is definitely not the first to talk bull shit about bitcoin. Dimon has been accused several times for talking irrelevant and fault facts just for his company's benefit and he was also sued for this on multiple occasions. Just consider the fact that his opinions aren't of correct facts and figures, so at the end of the day his opinion doesn't matter.

Many negative opinions I read about Bitcoin are not based on "serious" analysis of what Bitcoin is, that is what bothers me the most.
Dimon said: "The only value of bitcoin is what the other guy'll pay for it", wow yeah he got that right, law and demand. And the demand is increasing weeks after weeks, month after month, simple as that.

Bitcoin is the stone in his shoe at the moment. His employees are heavily invested in the technology and there is not much he can do to stop them. His own daughter is also invested in Bitcoin and this must make him crazy enough to attack it in public. Bitcoin is also a threat to financial institutions <JP Morgan>, because it takes a piece of the profits. < Clients investing in Crypto currencies and also fees that are lost >

He is not a fool, but a angry parent and a angry CEO of a corrupt financial system. ^grrrrrr^

Jp Morgan is known as one of the most respected financial teachers. What he is doing now is one that will overthrow him and will no longer be trusted by people. It blows the respect of man and those who admire him. Hopefully one day he will stop his bad words about bitcoins and be part of our bitcoins.
 

Unfortunately this banker guy just can't keep his mouth shut. It's a bit annoying, but what can we do... Nothing.

maybe he is trying to cover his tracks.
we saw how he manipulated the market recently and they bought a large amount of bitcoin at the bottom. after that was public, i heard someone is opening up something against them with the law enforcement about "market manipulation". and if that gets to court it will be a huge fine for their firm since it is illegal in many countries to do this.

He is really annoying. What we can do? Ignore him. Put him on your ignore list.


He cannot stop talking about bitcoin because bankers like him are already scared and intimidated by bitcoin making mainstream now. Sooner all people will used bitcoin as their own banks, what gonna happened to those big banks? Maybe a few may collapsed. And he was already exposed has a master manipulator before which pull the price of bitcoin to ~$3000. However, investors of bitcoin is not that stupid, they have clients, and they are even covertly buying bitcoin as well. Wait till Goldman Sachs put up a bitcoin platform, and I'm sure JP Morgan will envy as hell because it will really bring a lot of money to Goldman Sachs. Let's see how it goes.

I think we should really stop talking about this idiot. I'd rather not give him anymore media mileage. Let him spew his garbage in private. No one believes him anymore anyway.

JP Morgan the CEO is just trying to lessen the interest of the people but bitcoin is strong enough to not let that happen because as you can see that the price of bitcoin goes down after he spit out some of his bad thoughts about bitcoin but now even though he will curse bitcoin to death then it is not enough to discourage people because they already know that is the best thing to do and that is not to listen to the FUDs.

That is the paradox. Main stream is trying to abonden people brom crypto currencies but at the same time secretly launching their crypto branches. They really think that they can play with us.

yeah the way of speaking against us is very unprofessional and makes him a clown and how rude to tell the world that we are stupid and ignorant investors. oh well anyways i will put him on ignore list for that. i can't believe that CEO lf respectable company will go way lower on his level

Perhaps, Jamie Dimon should meet Michael Novogratz and get some tips on building his retirement funds. Maybe Mike's advise will also allow him to make some extra for philanthropy.

Not again! Just when I thought this forum will be "Dimon-less" since he said he'll shut up. But honestly, it wouldn't hurt to have a good laugh everytime we see this kind of news of his clueless, baseless and senseless statements. If anyone of us here needs financial advice I think he can give a good one. But never ever go to him for a cryptocurrency investment queries. Do not even think about his name. He knows nothing about tech assets as he is worshipping papers with serial numbers on it.

Meanwhile Diamon calls investors as idiots people are continuing to invest in bitcoin and get money from bitcoin and crypto in general. I think all those people who got big profit from bitcoin and continue to do it must be just laugh at his words.

This guy again. Continuously making efforts to make the reputation of bitcoin bad. But what i think is that, this guy is just trying another scheme. A part of his strategy, bitcoin's price now is high and with JP morgan buying a lot of bitcoin when it dipped then the case is that he may have sold the bitcoin that he have now, thus creating another scheme to make the market fall. But this is not the first time so people are not going to listen to what this guy is saying. This guy is a banker and will do everything he can just to make his money roll even if his reputation is on the line. Reputation is nothing as long as you make a lot of money.

In the world of programming. This guy is called DEPRECATED. DIMON is just too frustrated that the things that he learned in school are completely useless and irrelevant in the Modern world. He is in a monologue mode just like the rest of brick and mortar industry where they all belong to. Yapping is not productive but blockchain is. There is nothing they can do about it. Resistance is futile.

The fact that those ICOs which is also businesses who generates profit also buys bitcoin. Cryptocurrencies are involved to each other especially on trading which also give the demand and the supply of bitcoin which also shapes the price of bitcoin. Again, he is just making assumptions and bashes the things that HE SHOULD KNOW but he doesn't even know bitcoin.
