In most places BTC is the entry point, and once you have that, you can trade anywhere in the world with nearly no friction. this is what i am doing, but i am looking for another way to sell / buy directly using FIAT, and other than through Localbitcoin as well, so is there any other way ????? There are some sellers in marketplace who can sell directly to you but the transaction fees is high for credit card/PayPal. If you intend to use bank transfer, unless you buy big amount, otherwise the bank remittance fees will be high and doesn’t make sense.

If you have a little doubt better find the legit one! It's better to lose some % of your money to pay fees making legit multitransfer rather than lose everything you have. However you must submit verification documents. There are fees for deposit and withdrawal of fiat. I feel that the processing time is too long, 14 to 20 working days for deposit and withdraw. But it might be useful for you.
