With insider trading, which in finance is forbidden because it is unfair (but it happens anyway) and in cryptos I don't even think it can be forbidden, due to technical reasons.

I wonder whether it is possible to know about such price changes in advance somehow and not when it's too late to invest. but literally price started moved up only after coindesk/ibm tweet..not before....i browsing some crypto news...this news popped up....so went to bittrex sold all others coins i left in bittrex and brought in that is where price started going up......my late night sleeping habbit finally helped ..i got in below 400 sat, brought 500k lumen as soon as i saw the news....this huge deal...first real world cross border payments were made...as news spread more...price will go up...personally it may sit next to ripple.... I guess we really need to check like everyday and see which coins is being pump lately. Maybe the news that you have posted has something to do with the pump lately. IBM is a big company and of course there's a lot of investors who will buy Stellar because it involves one of the biggest IT company in the world. This time and i can say too late for you to invest in the stellar, But i think that this pump will not be so long because that was just in some second and the chart has told me about the previous short hype already back again.
