I am interested to join your site but before it, can you confirm what are the supported countries?
How many offers are listed there and how frequently?
Probably you have updated with vcc generating option, are these vcc accepted on paypal?

Good questions, these types are services are generally scam even if DT members tag them for not using escrow they will make new accounts here. so if you have enough time to check and verify their legitimacy then go ahead else forget this thread.

Thank you for paying attention to my project.

So first of all most countries are accepted for app installs.

However for the advertisements it is different countries like (USA / UK) are interesting because purpose contests games who pay ~$0.90 per email submit.

Do you think I should exclude the "CPA" offers in order to have only app installs?

I know it may sound like a scam but I am determined to create a platform that can be profitable for the long term for everyone.
I want thanks to the VCC to be able to offer a different type of person the possibility to buy what he wishes

Why will any one install any app of your as nobody knows what exactly those app may contain and might be it can damage somebody phone, or data can be stolen etc.  Also why will you have to pay to anyone for downloading your app if its useful people will automatically download it, you do not need to pay I think.

Is aybody try to install the link that OP provided to as. Anywya OP is not that clear in some information and how will I know that it is not going to get the information in the computer. You know we to be very careful bcause there were lots of scam around, who know.

No one is going to click on that. It's hard to tell if it's even a actual website link or some offhanded shortener. The fact is that there has to be at least a tiny tiny bit of trust out there for people to find following these things through. Most of the time it's a very small level of distrust for they simply don't want to help you make money off of referrals or something like that.

We need to trust and see some paypent proofs first.. There are 1000s of scammers..
