Post by: shark88 on October 16, 2017, 03:54:33 PM
Hi all,
please suggest us using nicehash legacy or nicehash 2.
Which is more profitable for Nvidia 1080ti?

use neither because you make less with nicehash than running a miner on your own

Do your own reaserch it will get you much more in the end. First decide on a coin you can use whattomine for help and then get back here and find best miner for chosen coin.

But if you must use nicehash I think legacy should bring you a little more. Not tested by myself but remeber reading something about it.

Monacoin is much more profitable for a 1080ti right now, but this can change daily.

i find the new Nicehash miner the "2" version to be borked on my 1080ti's so i use the legacy ;p
Ya, in general nicehash is not the best profits but its has been showing equihash as #3 on the 1070 for a bit there, thats not bad
Remember: Nicehash only can pay what markets are ordering

It says in the Nicehash miner website that the version 2 is more worked toward Nvidia and excavator miner which mines better Nvidia Algorithm. Keep going with the Legacy miner, old version if you have ATI cards. So for your 1080 ti surely the 2 version should work better.
