He says he going to use block chain to speed up international Bank transfers from days to minutes..

What a dumb.. he created a lot of fud in this forum and all over the bitcoin market, probably he made a chaos making bitcoin bleed a lot, and obviously calling everybody dumb or idiots because they were buying bitcoin.. and now he wants to run a new service and token? wow.. what a ridiculous guy, he is messing it up, but of course that a lot of people are going to trust in him because they know that he exists, not like what happens with many other icos.
maybe we can expect a good reaction on the market about this news?

Jamie is kind of trollers, What the fuck already happened after he said that the bitcoin as another fraud, And he must feel a shame to see about the fact their company will be using the blockchain technology to speed up the transaction in the future. It just like jamie is fooled himself about that, that looks very stupid in my eyes.

Jamie must learn a lot from his fault rather than called anything as a fraud.

I assumed that he tried to bring the price of bitcoins down so he can invest and buy them as cheap as he can get them in a short period of time.

of course i sure he bought btc a lot when it was cheap last month. he said btc fraud but then will using it, i can't imagine about he is actually JPM's CEO

AGREE dimon is such a scumbug ... after all of his sayings that bitcoin is fraud etc etc.. hope the blockchain and to those who will acompanied him don't accept his proposal .. IDIOT man you now a fraud ...

As much as I dislike Dimon and his antics, this isn't hypocritical at all. He has always been against Bitcoin, but never really disparaged blockchain technology. Blockchain technology can be embraced without embracing Bitcoin. His main issue with Bitcoin is its lack of inherent value -- people basically decide how much they want to pay for it depending on the supply available. The blockchain technology, on the other hand, has many different applications, and it just happened to be the technology Bitcoin is built on.

I hate Dimon's guts, but it's good that they're adopting blockchain technology.

Lol. You know? JPM says it's because of its strategy to manipulate all of us. He is a famous and rich man, there is no basis that he said that bitcoin is stupid.
I know JPM has a strategy to attract our attention as a community, Jamie is swallowing his own right now by saying that it will use block chain technology to transfer quickly

It is a solution to a problem that says, "If we cannot beat them, copy or steal their idea". The problem is, these "private" Blockchains are nowhere near as good as Bitcoin or other "public" Blockchains. Bitcoin is based on a decentralized authority/consensus model, where their Blockchain will be based on a centralized concept, where JP Morgan will be pulling all the strings and making all the decisions.

The network will also be less secure, because the decentralized nodes will be owned and operated by a single entity. Imagine all Bitcoin nodes being owned and operated by one single miner. ^hmmmmm^

yeah, i read what he said a couple of days ago.
he was practically saying the blockchain technology used by bitcoin creates "shit" but the same blockchain technology used by us creates an "awesome" thing.

if you read between the lines, it is the decentralization that they fear. although i don't get why they are fighting it instead of embracing it. banks can actually benefit a lot from bitcoin. imagine the first bank that accepts bitcoin and opens up bitcoin accounts with profit, does bitcoin loans, gives bitcoin credit cards. it is a raw market waiting for someone to start taking it by the teats and start milking. ;)

So that's what Jamie Dimon are aiming for, make bitcoin image bad and stupid to the public and then plans to launch a token or system Blockchain based so that they can manipulate and promote their project to the public and probably profit from it if will become success. Well Dimon your strategy don't work for the majority of the bitcoin enthusiast so stop spreading lies and propaganda to the public.

In his official words, he condemned Bitcoin but vouched for the technology on which the platform runs i.e blockchain. He is the same guy whose patent applications for blockchain technology through his company got rejected for over a 100 times. Overall, he's simply a fool who tried to play the 'news fudding' card but later realised he made a huge mistake by doing so.

Possible, quite possible in fact. IBM has decided to use block chain as well, followed by Oracle if I am not mistaken, this is going to revolutionize the whole world with block chain being used by all most all the sectors, I am very much looking forward to see that happening. The number of frauds will them totally start decreasing once people start to corporate with block chain technology.

I did say all along that the big boys were simply looking for a way to get into crypto.  By spreading so much FUD, they weakened the value ever so slightly, probably quietly bought sh1t tonnes of BTC.  Now JPM is launching QUOROM.....next we know, they start throwing buckets of fiat at developers and chances are some will flock to them and then what.....the story continues.

He's already showed his true colors when it turned out they invested in Bitcoins lol. This does not surprise me one bit.

This is I called a fair and square fight! Unlike of what he did before that he use the media to save his banking business from the bitcoin threat in which he criticize and accusing bitcoin as a fraud and scam investment even he know it is not true just to try to make people avoid bitcoin and stay with the banks. He should have done this long time ago instead of criticizing the bitcoin to avoid another embarrassment for adopting and copying the block chain which is originally own by bitcoin. What a shame!!  ;D ;D

a lot of different companies in a lot of different sectors are using blockchain technology that bitcoin introduced to the world. IBM, Microsoft, Banks, and even hospitals are using blockchain technology or at least they are working on a version for the near future.
but none of them have ever bashed bitcoin like this, probably because none of them have ever invested in bitcoin like JP Morgan did.

Lol. I've read about that as well recently. Makes you think that he's doing all these negative announcements just to manipulate dips and make money out of it. Anyways, i don't think anything he says now would have the same shock effect as the first time
