Post by: Shamster on October 17, 2017, 10:31:50 AM
Hello guys,

what do you think about this? https://funfair.io/funfair-company-update-16th-october-2017/

Price should go up after that right?

There was a small jump in price but it has settled down lower. It makes sense for the price to go up, by how much who knows.

After reading this, I will not invest any penny in them.

We’ve decided to spread out the sale over a longer period of time (five years), so that instead of selling almost 11B tokens in one go this October, we’re going to limit it to 1B tokens each year, for nearly five years. In addition, we reserve the right to burn further tokens if we decide they’re not required at the end of 2018 and each subsequent year.

They will be making several rounds of ICO for next 5 years  ::) It seems they don't have any stable long term plan..

I think the product they are creating is pretty interesting and it will be successful in the long game. Regarding the ICOs - yeah it is pretty strange. I supposed they would make enough money with their product.
At least this is better than doing an ICO for a year like some coins ;-)

We have seen great price increase this month and if they will really burn that big number of coins then for sure the price will easily go up as investors will likely gonna take risk hoping there will be major development. I would buy at this current price, they are improving that's good for long term hold.

Good gambling coin, probably the best out there together with EDG. Also the CEO David Greyling has been International Managing Director at the notorious  William Hill. And FunFair will burn approximately 6,000,000,000 tokens within the next two hours.. https://www.timeanddate.com/countdown/generic?iso=20171018T11&p0=179&msg=FunFair+Burn
Good time to be in this.

I thought I read they were supposed to have something up and running by the end of this year, so maybe a bump then.  The part about them having ICOs for the next 5 years is concerning, though....  but at least it shows they are committed for 5 more years.  This might be a longer hold than I anticipated, but I still think it has potential.

It means Funfair is a responsible team, they can burn the coins for us, they think investors are most important so they decide to burn the tokens, salute to them!

Looks like there was no positive impact on the price as the burn was tokens from the Total Supply and not the Circulating Supply.
