hey guys, what are some coins you use to trade on the shortterm with, maybe buy the dips, sell the highs on a weekly or even daily basis? I personally use:
* GAS
* NEO
* WTC
* XRP

I have money in these 4 so that if some of them are in strong bullish or bearish periods where I can't swingtrade, i can still use the other ones. Any other coins that are great for swingtrading?

all these options plus more are possible choices to use for daytrading or swingtrading. mostly you should choose the coins that have a high daily trading volume. these happen to mostly be in the top 10 altcoins (LTC, ETH, XMR, ...) included.

but it is going to work as long as they are swinging. sometimes you see the prices of these coins very stable and "stuck" at some price, unmoving. that is why it is best to have multiple options to always switch between.

you can add Qtum, waves, ETH, XMR and DGB for day trading.
Day are all now suffering and its good to be in day trading.

Don't forget about trust and swift, that two coins always rise after not long at a price that is below their normal price.

Digibyte, sia, 0x, qtum, etherem classic, edgeless. I traded them before and continue to trade them. In my opinion these coins are good for trading.

NEO is the only one from your list that I am trading daily for quick profit, all other coins you have listed don't have much trading volume most of the days and also there price used to remain almost constant for most days of a week.

I think ETH, Bitcoin cash and LTC are worth for day trading.

there are no the best coins for trades,
because every coin have their own time and their own momentum.
most of it will get pumped by people due to some reason,
for example look at XLM aka Lumen aka Str right now.
the price is doubling even more than that due to their relationship and agreement with IBM.
every coin is a good coin,but they have a different time and momentum.
just make sure to do some research before investing and you will get what you deserve

Best coins for day trading are those with HIGH VOLUME.

The problem will low volume coins is that can get stuck as a silly little bag hodler for days, months, or even years. It is also very easy to analyze and predict low volume coins. With these high volume coins you have higher chances of gaining profit.

The ones you said are pretty much fine but i'd really go further and suggest ETH, LTC, and XRP.

You can use almost any coin available in the market to trade simply because crypto market is very volatile and price of each and every coin available out there fluctuates daily.you should choose coins which have a high trading volume as high volume ensures liquidity.
you should always follow the market trends to choose the best coin to trade for the day .always analyse the momentum of the market before choosing the coin to trade.

personally,i prefer DOGECOIN for day trading as it is available at a low price and small changes in its value can help you earn huge percentages of profits everyday.
you can also prefer ethereum, belacoin and digibyte. neo is another good option available for day trading.

For me NEO and MONERO works properly and the way I want. People might suggest ripple here but it's just shit when it comes to the short hand trading. There is no way one can make lot of profits out of it. Besides your list I believe in ETH, LTC, ZCASH as secondary choice of investment. But I have kept them for longer period investment as they have got blooming future so we should not rush about them. Apart from this my third group is the one which covers coins coming newly in the market. For now watching social coin and JNT as next short profit potential.

each of coins you have is good for daytrading and maybe you can search more coins but you need to check your balance first because you still need balance to buy the coins. i think its depend on how much each of coins is increase so we can do daytrading and so far, your coins is a good list and i think you can make profit too. but i think the trend is always changing, sometimes eth is increase, the other time is sys, then nxt, ltc and the other coins. you need to have analyze in exchanges so you know the right coins for doing daytrading.

Coins that are in top 10 by trading volume are good one for day/short term trading except Tether  ;D
Namely BTC, BCC, ETH, XRP, LTC, ETC, Zcash which usually have over 1 million USD in 24 hour trading volume so chances of getting better swings on their prices is quite high.

I catch up this thread as it is interesting to find "stable swinging" coins. If they do so for weeks, then I think the volumen is not so important for example at AMP. There is a swing section a few times a day that could generate almost 10% profit a day. But you are right. The risk is high, that they will fall back to the price of last year. I handle this risk with stop loss orders.

For me i prefer LTC,DCN,ETG,BLUE for day trading they are also in top 10 list and they are my holding coins for now,i also hold them for long term it depends the situation on exchange.
