Now they email me:

So I invested in this today to test it out, and sent 1 BTC, got back 1.07, invested, so on.  It took 6 tries but I got 1.5 and change back now!
Best part is it's run by our sister site, globalresetsociety.com
Check it out:http://globalresetsociety.com/?product=2-btc
Don't forget to check out the home page too.

By hoarding, do you mean saving? We actually don't need people spending bitcoins, as a major function of same can be as a store of wealth. What is needed is increased user adoption - this is the only important metric. What drives user adoption is an increased USD/EUR/ETC. -> BTC exchange rate which in turn fuels more user adoption.
